Delivery Charge inside Dhaka: ৳80
Delivery Charge outside Dhaka: ৳130
Delivery time may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or courier service availability.
We currently deliver across Bangladesh through reliable delivery partners.
📍 Product Checking at the Time of Delivery
To ensure customer satisfaction, please check your product carefully in front of the delivery personnel.
Customers must check the product while the delivery man is present.
If there is any issue (wrong product, damaged item, missing items), please inform the delivery man immediately.
Once the delivery man leaves, no return or complaint will be accepted.
🔄 Return Policy
We maintain a strict return policy to ensure fairness for both customers and delivery partners.
Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery.
If you wish to return a product, it must be done while the delivery man is still present.
Products returned after the delivery man has left will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
❌ Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
After the delivery man has left
If the product has been used or damaged after delivery
If packaging is missing or tampered with
Change of mind after accepting the product
